• Simplicity.  With such a tremendous amount of information and technologies which are changing at such a fast pace, it’s easy to confuse a client with internet jargon & software lingo, and then charge an arm and a leg because the client doesn’t understand the process.  We think this is bad business.  Over-complication is bad business.  ‘Clean & Friendly’ is our approach to design, programming, and communication with our clients!
  
  
• Local Outsourcing.   It’s cheap and easy to outsource programming work to India for $9 an hour while charging the client $50 an hour… but the quality suffers.  We consider this bad business.
  
  
• Client Approval.  We emphasize the importance of involving the client every step of the way.  If our client isn’t 100% happy with our designs & layouts, then we go back to the drawing board.  Maintaining 100% client satisfaction is our first priority.  THIS is good business.
